Damaged Items:

However, please note that damaged packaging caused by shipping, such as dented boxes, without affecting the product's condition, is not considered damage. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@napshield.com and including a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
